KÄÄRIJÄ is a Finnish rapper, singer and songwriter. Coming to Glasgow’s SWG3 Galvanizers on 8th November 2026.
Käärijä has been making music since 2014 and released his debut album, “Fantastista,” in 2020. Käärijä is known for his energetic and shirtless live performances, which have excited fans everywhere. Fearlessly blending different genres in his music, Käärijä’s love for heavier music and unique sense of humour is clearly reflected in his music.
Käärijä’s breakthrough came through the Eurovision Song Contest in 2023, where he competed with great success, finishing second in the final. His competition song “Cha Cha Cha” reached the top of international charts and has broken records in terms of streams for Finnish-language songs, with over 110 million streams across all streaming platforms. The “Cha Cha Cha” music video has gathered tens of millions of views on YouTube.
Käärijä is also a social media phenomenon. His number of followers has skyrocketed after the Eurovision Song Contest. His personality and presence on social media has captivated people worldwide, resulting in a strong international fan base.
