The Courettes are an incredible Danish-Brazilian duo. Coming to Glasgow’s Stereo on 8th August 2026.
Armed with a volatile blend of frantic garage rock, doo wop, surf rock and echoes of 60s girl groups, The Courettes are an explosive rock duo hailing from Denmark / Brazil.Expect excitement, danger, sweat, explosive performances, and most importantly, GREAT tunes!One of the most hard-working bands on the European rock’n’roll scene, The Courettes has the reputation of delivering full-speed energetic performances.Praised by the biggest music magazines around the world, in 2020 the band signed with legendary British label Damaged Goods, putting them on the same roster as top international rock icons like Buzzcocks, Manic Street Preaches, Atari Teenage Riot, New Bomb Turks, Amyl and the Sniffers, Billy Childish, Captain Sensible and many others.
