The Theatre Royal comes alive with The Sound of Music! Mark your calendar for January 2024. As Shine Productions presents a fresh, bold new vision that will bring renewed energy to this classic family musical.

The Sound of Music was Rodgers and Hammerstein’s last and perhaps most treasured musical. Exploring the themes of love, family, and the power of music in the face of adversity. Featuring a glorious score full of timeless classics, from Climb Ev’ry Mountain, My Favourite Things. As well as Edelweiss to Do-Re-Mi and The Sound of Music itself.

This amateur production is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals Ltd on behalf of The Rodgers & Hammerstein Organisation.
