Roll Wi’ It are taking over the R-CADE cafe for an evening of D&D with a spooky twist on 19th October 2024!
Roll Wi’ It are taking over the R-CADE cafe for an evening of D&D with a spooky twist! There will be two tables running the scariest one shot campaigns. Costumes are strongly recommended for all participants with prizes for best costume on the night. The team will take you through a 3 hour ‘one shot’ campaign, you will be given character sheets and the Roll Wi’ It team will show you the basics of role play.
Our cafe menu will be available throughout the evening with table service on offer during your campaign. Food and drink purchased elsewhere will not be allowed to be brought in during the event.
No customers under the age of 18 will be permitted to attend this event. Valid identification may be required to gain entry. If you do not have valid ID you will not be granted access and no refund will be given.
Alcohol is permitted in R-CADE after 7pm, however a corkage charge is levied on ALL drinks brought into the premises. All alcohol must be declared and paid for when you arrive at the venue and your booking is confirmed by the staff.
Corkage fees are as follows and are non negotiable – Up to 330ml: £1 per beverage. 330ml and above: £2 per beverage. Wine and any drink above 12% ABV: £4 per beverage. Spirits (vodka, gin, whiskey, bourbon, rum, etc) are not permitted at anytime. Non-alcoholic beers and ciders are charged at a flat rate of £1 per beverage. Anyone found to be drinking without paying corkage will be asked to leave the premises immediately with no refunds.
