Morgan Jay
When: 27th March 2027
Location: SEC Armadillo
Morgan Jay has spent the past few years reshaping what a live comedy show can look like. Coming to Glasgow’s SEC Armadillo on 27th March 2027.
Armed with a microphone, loop pedals, live vocals and razor-sharp crowd work, the Los Angeles-based performer has built a format that lands somewhere between stand-up gig, late-night jam session and beautifully awkward group therapy. The result is a show that feels loose, spontaneous and slightly chaotic in the best possible way.
Originally training as a musician before moving into comedy, Morgan Jay developed his style in clubs and small theatres across the US, folding improvised songs and audience interaction into traditional stand-up. His instinct for reading a room quickly became central to the act. Fans arriving for punchlines often leave remembering the improvised exchanges, musical detours and gloriously unpredictable audience moments that now define his live sets.
Online, those moments have travelled fast. Clips pulled from live performances have earned millions of views across TikTok and Instagram, introducing Morgan Jay to a global audience drawn to his quick-fire improvisation and knowingly flirtatious stage persona. The internet may have amplified his reach, but the live show remains the engine behind it all – elastic, reactive and never quite the same twice.
TV Career
That momentum has carried Morgan Jay onto increasingly larger stages. Alongside appearances on MTV’s Wild ‘N Out, NBC and Comedy Central, he was selected as a 2023 Just For Laughs New Face, a nod often reserved for comedians on the verge of a breakout year. His screen work has expanded too, with roles in upcoming projects including LOVE LANGUAGE alongside Chloë Grace Moretz and Anthony Ramos, plus Stick with Owen Wilson and Marc Maron.
Now, the La Dolce Vita Tour marks another major step forward. After years of selling out clubs and theatres through word of mouth and viral clips, Morgan Jay arrives in the UK for his first headline arena dates – bringing with him a show built on spontaneity, audience connection and the genuine possibility that absolutely anything could happen once the lights go down.
