Lucia & the Best Boys are a Scottish indie rockers led by the singular Lucia Fairfull. Coming to Glasgow’s Barrowland Ballroom on 29th May 2026.

Her rise has been defined by standout moments on major stages and tours. Including performing alongside Wet Leg at Edinburgh’s Hogmanay in front of one of the city’s largest audiences. The band have also supported internationally acclaimed acts such as Garbage and The Last Dinner Party. Thus further cementing their reputation as a powerful and adaptable live act capable of connecting just as convincingly in intimate rooms as on festival main stages.
Run of headline shows
Looking ahead, Lucia & The Best Boys are preparing for a run of significant headline shows in May. All reflecting the growing demand for their live show. This includes London’s Islington Academy on 21 May and Manchester Academy 2 on 22 May. Not forgetting a landmark hometown show at Glasgow Barrowland on 29 May. These dates represent a clear step up and signal the band’s readiness for larger festival stages across the UK and Europe.
A new album via Communion is set for release this summer. This will usher in a fresh era and expanding Lucia’s sonic and visual world. The record has been produced by Yves Rothman, known for his work with Yves Tumor, Kim Gordon and Blondshell, bringing a bold edge to the band’s sound. Written with the live experience firmly in mind, the new material is emotionally charged and built to translate powerfully to festival audiences. With a proven track record on major stages, including the Main Stage at TRNSMT 2025, and a new body of work arriving at pace, Lucia & The Best Boys are perfectly positioned for upcoming festival lineups and continued international growth.
